Founders Profile

Susan Simmons Stevenson is a dynamic Human Resources Practitioner with more than 15 years of HR and Recruiting experience. As founder and CEO of The Lifecycle Network, she brings a human touch to the art of recruiting and staffing for industry-leading employers.

Prior to launching LCN, Susan held several corporate HR leadership positions in high-stakes industries, including healthcare, logistics, finance, and technology in the private and public sector.

Today, she is affectionately known as The Queen of Networking and serves faithfully as a founding 100 member of The Russell Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, an active member of The Kettering Executive Network, and the President of Atlanta's chapter of The International Association of Women. 

 

Susan has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Intercontinental University and an MBA and Master of Human Resource Management from The Keller Graduate School of Management. In her free time, she loves listening to music and spending quality time with her husband and grandson.
